LOVE WHO YOU SERVE.
That’s worth tattooing on your forearm if you’re into that sort of thing.
Or you can get really high tech like I do, and put a sticky-note on your monitor.
Here’s the point: MLM can be an endless black hole of energy draining busy work unless you and your team are aligned in your purpose. Unless you’re on a MISSION to solve people’s problems with the products and services you’re representing, you’re going to end up on the losing team in this game.
Once you see how fulfilling it is to help people find solutions to their problems…your work will feel a lot more like ‘play’.
I’m not kidding, and if you think about it, it makes total sense.
Just think what it would be like to watch THOUSANDS of people go running toward solutions you recommend because they need them so desperately.
And just imagine leveraging the systems, strategies, and technologies to be able to do this week in and week out, 95% on AUTOPILOT.
And finally, imagine discovering among those customers people who’ve been affected so positively that they become EVANGELISTS, and imagine coordinating their efforts to build something much bigger than yourself.
