Setup and Configuration
1. Wiring and Initial Checks
a) Ethernet Connection
- Connect an RJ45 Ethernet cable from your router to the device port labeled ETH.
- Ensure proper orientation and secure insertion of the connector.
b) Power Connection
- Insert the adapter's output end into the Power port.
- Connect to a 220V AC power source. The device operates only when powered.
2. Locating the Device IP Address
After powering on (green LED indicates normal operation), find the IP using either method:
Method 1: Router Admin Panel
- Log in to your router’s management page.
- Navigate to connected devices.
- Identify the "JasMiner" device to view its IP.
Method 2: IP Report Software
- Install and run
sl_miner.exeon a Windows PC (same network segment). - Click Settings & Query → Start Listening, then press the device’s IP Report button.
- The software displays the IP under the IP column.
3. Configuring the Mini Server
a) Web Interface Access
- Enter the device IP in a browser (Chrome recommended).
- Default credentials:
Username:root
Password:root
b) Miner Pool Setup
- Navigate to the Miner configuration section.
Update these fields:
- Primary/Secondary Pool URLs, account, and password (refer to pool tutorials).
- Algorithm: ETH (default) or ETC.
- Frequency: Default is 200MHz.
- Click UPDATE to save.
c) Hashrate Monitoring
- After ~30 minutes, check the Status page for performance metrics.
4. Additional Settings
a) Network Configuration
- Go to Network to modify IP settings (default: DHCP).
b) Password Update
- Under Admin, change login credentials.
c) Logs & Maintenance
- Log: View system logs.
- Upgrade: Upload new firmware via Upgrade.
- Reboot/Reset: Options available under respective menus.
