How to Send Cryptocurrency Payments to Individuals Using Binance Pay?

Paying Cryptocurrency via QR Code

Scan the Recipient's QR Code: Use the Binance App to scan the recipient's Binance Pay QR code. You can access the scanner in two ways:
- Method 1: Long-press the Binance App icon on your phone's home screen and tap [Scan].
- Method 2: Open the Binance App and click the QR code scanner icon on the homepage.
Review Payment Details: After scanning, confirm the transaction details displayed. Note that these details vary based on the recipient's settings when creating the QR code.
Confirm Payment: Click [Continue]. To change the payment method, select [Payment Method] and choose alternatives. Then, click [Confirm].
Enter PIN: Input your 6-digit payment PIN for verification. After five incorrect attempts, the PIN locks automatically for five hours.
Completion: Once verified, the payment is processed. You'll see a confirmation screen.

To send crypto using these methods, the recipient must share their Binance account details (email, phone number, UID, or Pay ID).

Access Binance Pay: Log in to your Binance App, navigate to [Wallet] > [Funding] > [Pay], or tap [...] > [Send].
Enter Recipient Details: Paste or manually input the recipient’s email, phone number, UID, or Pay ID. Click [Continue].
Select Cryptocurrency: Choose from available balances in your Funding or Spot Wallet. Transfer funds first if no balance exists.
Enter Amount & Note: Specify the amount and add an optional note.
Confirm: Click [Confirm]. To adjust the payment method, select [Payment Method] and update preferences.
PIN Verification: Input your payment PIN.
Completion: After verification, the payment is finalized. Funds are deducted per your crypto payment priority.

Currently, Binance Pay only supports QR-code payments to merchants.

Scan Merchant QR Code: Open the Binance App, click the QR scanner, and scan the merchant’s code.
Review Details: Check payment information, including unsupported cryptocurrencies (click the ℹ️ icon). Click [Continue].
Prioritize Payment Crypto: The App auto-selects cryptos per your priority list. If balances are insufficient, it combines multiple currencies.
Adjust Payment Order (Optional): Click [Currency] next to [>] to reorder cryptos for this transaction. This doesn’t alter default wallet settings.
Enter PIN: Verify with your payment PIN (locks after five failed attempts).
Completion: The payment processes post-verification.
