- Blockchain synchronization with the platform’s wallet can take time. Be patient and monitor the transaction status via the TxID (Transaction ID).
2. Unsupported Cryptocurrency
- Ensure the deposited asset matches OKX’s supported currencies.
- Mismatches in token names or contract addresses will prevent successful deposits. Submit a Support Ticket for assistance—some assets may be recoverable.
3. Incorrect Deposit Address or Network
- Double-check the deposit address and network type (e.g., ERC20 vs. BEP20).
- Sending assets to the wrong address or chain (e.g., BTC to an LTC address) makes recovery difficult. Contact support immediately via Problem Feedback.
4. Wrong Memo/Tag
